Pursuant to § 47 of the Product Conformity Act (RT I 2010, 31, 157), the national standardisation scheme is a document, which includes a list of standards, the preparation of which or the transposition of which into an Estonian standard is considered important by the government authorities. The standardisation scheme is prepared annually and approved by the Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications.
