2FA now available on our website
All users can now secure their accounts with two-factor authentication (2FA). Users can connect their account to an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator and deactivate it at any time if needed.
If you do not already have an authenticator app on your smartphone, you can download one from Google Play or the App Store.
Why enable two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to your password, you will be confirming your login through an authentication app. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, even if your password becomes compromised.
How to activate 2FA?
To use two-factor authentication, you will need an authenticator app on your smartphone, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
1. You can enable two-factor authentication in your account settings (Two-Factor Authentication) by connecting your account to an authenticator application.
2. During setup, you will be asked to scan a QR code to securely link the app to your account. If you are already using an authenticator app, you can simply add your account to it.
3. Your authenticator app will generate a 6-digit verification code. Enter this code in the required field on our website to confirm and complete the activation of two-factor authentication.
4. Next time, when you log into your account, you need to enter an authenticaton code from your app.
Should you need to deactive your connection later, this can be done easily in your account settings.
As authentication is linked to your email address, please ensure that your account email details are correct and up to date.
