Free tools to stay up to date with the latest standards

Staying up to date with new versions of standards can be time-consuming, especially if you work with several standards. However, it's essential to keep up with the latest updates to ensure that you're using the most current and relevant information.

Fortunately, there are free services available to help you stay on top of all the updates.

Monitoring standards

One option is to use a monitoring service. This service will notify you via email of any updates to a standard that you're monitoring, such as a new standard, amendment, or corrigendum.

If you haven't purchased a particular standard from us before, you can still add it to your monitoring list for free by registering as a user and following a few simple steps.

To add a standard to your monitoring list, simply find it in the e-shop and click on the "Add to monitoring +" link. Before doing so, you can also find out more about the standard's history, related directives, regulations, and scope by clicking on its designation.

All the standards in your monitoring list can be accessed through your user account.

It's important to know that standards are typically reviewed every five years. If a standard is still relevant and doesn't require any changes, it will be approved for the next five years.

However, if its content is outdated or needs modification, a new version will be published, or the standard may be withdrawn without replacement.

Information service

In addition to standards monitoring, you can also receive free periodic information about standards by area of activity. Information service sends notifications twice a month about new, replaced, and withdrawn standards and standard drafts in your field of interest.

To join the service, simply register as a user and select your preferred area of activity.

EVS publishes standards usually twice a month, during the first and third week of each month. If you need more information about a particular standard's publication or have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service.

We're happy to help you stay up to date with the latest standard updates and ensure that you have the most current and relevant information for your work.
