This document, part of EN 13130, specifies an analytical procedure for the determination of 1,1,1- trimethylolpropane in food simulants distilled water, 3 % (w/v) acetic acid aqueous solution, 15 % (v/v) ethanol aqueous solution and rectified olive oil.
