EN 1176-10 is applicable to fully enclosed play equipment intended for installation inside and outside buildings, for children up to 14 years old. The purpose of this standard is to provide additional safety requirements covering the particulars of these structures. EN 1176-10 covers:

— general safety requirements,

— rope and foam play features,

— slides and drop slides,

— spinning poles, ball pools and cannons.
