EVS-EN 12351:2000

This standard relates to protective caps for flanged valves etc. with and without internal coating. The use of protective caps to this standard is limited to the protection during transport and storage to prevent: -the
entry of dirt; - the damage of connecting surfaces. The protective caps do not protect against the consequences of improper handling. This standard does not apply to protective caps for pipe fittings with welded and threaded ends.
