This Part of this European Standard applies to the design and manufacture of simple unfired serially made pressure vessels with a single compartment, here-in-after referred to as vessels, the essential safety requirements of which are given in annex G and which :a) include fabrication by welding, but some designs can entail the use of bolts; b) have a simple geometry enabling simple-to-use production procedures.
