2014/30/EU Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)

Although the standard’s status is withdrawn, it still has the presumption of conformity in the meaning of regulation 2014/30/EU and conformance with the regulation ’s requirements can be guaranteed by using the withdrawn version of the standard. The presumption of conformity is valid until a corresponding amendment is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Covers type tests for electricity metering equipment for indoor and outdoor application and to newly anufactured equipment designed to measure the electric energy on 50 Hz or 60 Hz networks, with a voltage up to 600 V. It applies to electromechanical or static meters for indoor and outdoor application consisting of a measuring element and register(s) enclosed together in a meter case. It also applies to operation indicator(s) and test output(s)
