Directive 89/686/EEC notice: the references of  EN ISO 12402-2:2006, EN ISO 12402-3:2006 and EN ISO 12402-4:2006 are maintained in the Official Journal of the European Union with the following restriction: (a) application of clauses 5.6.1.1, 5.6.1.2 and 5.6.1.4 of each of the standards do not confer a presumption of conformity with the basic health and safety requirement set out in point 1.1.1. of Annex II to Directive 89/686/EEC; (b) application of clauses 5.3.2, 5.3.3, 5.6.1.3, 5.6.1.6 and 5.6.1.7 of each of the standards do not confer a presumption of conformity with the basic health and safety requirement set out in point 1.2.1. of Annex II to Directive 89/686/EEC; (c) application of clauses 5.2, 5.3.1, 5.3.3, 5.3.4 and 5.6.2.5 of each of the standards do not confer a presumption of conformity with the basic health and safety requirement set out in point 3.4. of Annex II to Directive 89/686/EEC.
