Peamised muutused võrreldes juhendi 2014. a väljaandega on järgmised: - korrigeeritud sõnastusi, juhendi struktuuri ning eemaldatud juhendist standardite ja tõlgete koostamisettepanekute vormid ning kommentaaride koondi vorm, mis on kättesaadavad Standardikeskuse veebilehelt; - tõlkemeetodil standardite ülevõtu protseduuri muudetud selliselt, et põhjendatud juhtudel on võimalik tõlke kommenteerimise etapp sellekohase komitee otsuse või komitee puudumisel Standardikeskuse otsusega vahele jätta; - lisatud info Standardikeskuse kommenteerimisportaali kasutuselevõtu kohta.
