This section of Part 2 of IEC Publication 598 specifies requirements for portable pedestal luminaires for use in places such as gardens and for portable luminaires for use in places such as flowerbeds, for use with
tungsten filament, tubular fluorescent and other discharge lamps on supply voltages not exceeding 250 V. It is to be read in conjunction with those of Part 1 to which reference is made.
