Changes from previous version
Peamised muudatused võrreldes juhendi 2018. a väljaandega on järgmised:
- täpsustatud tõlke koostamisettepaneku esitamist valdkonna standardimise eest vastutava komitee olemasolul,
- täpsustatud standardikavandi korduvaks arvamusküsitluseks ja tõlkekavandi korduvaks kommenteerimiseks esitamist,
- muudetud tõlkekavandite avaldamiseelne komiteepoolne heakskiitmine kohustuseks üksnes korduva kommenteerimise läbimise korral,
- täpsustatud Eesti standardi ja EVS-i standardilaadse dokumendi tühistamise protsessi,
- korrigeeritud ja täiendatud juhendi EVS JUHEND 2 sõnastust.
This EVS Guide covers the procedure of submitting and processing of the development proposal, drafting, enquiry or commenting, approval of draft, ratification, publication and distribution of an Estonian Standard and translation of an International or European Standard. This Guide also covers drafting of EVS Publications and translation of EVS Publications.
This EVS Guide also gives the procedures of development, revision and withdrawal of Estonian Standard’s Amendment’s.
This EVS Guide does not cover the adoption of International Standard’s to Estonian Standard’s by reprint method or the adoption of European Standard’s to Estonian Standard’s by endorsement method.
