This Estonian standard specifies the methods of determining the odour and colour in cereals and cereal products; determining the taste in flour, semolina and foodbran (including crunch), and cooking-quality of buckwheat groats and oat flakes.
Note Determination of organoleptic properties of pulses is described in EVS-ISO 605 [5].
