The standard covers the nature and meaning of the construction all-risks insurance contract. The standard determines the definitions specific to construction all-risks insurance. The standard also highlights the features and specificities characteristic of the two components of the construction all-risks insurance, i.e. the indemnity insurance part and the liability insurance part. The standard looks at the construction all-risks insurance contract over the entire life cycle of the contract from entry into the contract to expiry or termination thereof and also views, among other things, issues related to insured events.
