This EVS technical specification:

- describes wedge pile selection and calculations of wedge pile as reinforced concrete, as well as methods of calculating load capacity and geotechnical designing of wedge pile foundations.
- gives instructions in geotechnical engineering of wedge pile foundations about how to use geotechnical engineering norms of prismatic piles
- defines the wedge pile, its shape, current wedge pile classification and wedge pile foundation as the part of support structure of the building and some new terms.
