Tulenevalt muudatustest rahvusvahelises varahindamise standardis (IVS), Eesti seadusandluses, standardite töörühma seisukohtades ja ekspertiisi teostajate arvamustes on sellesse standardisse, mis on standardi EVS 875-7:2011 uustöötlus, sisse viidud järgmised olulisemad muudatused: 1) standardi terminoloogia on viidud kooskõlla standardisarja EVS 875 muude osadega; 2) hinnangu läbivaatuse liigitus ja toimingud viidi vastavusse IVS liigitusega; 3) võttes aluseks puudused viimaste aastate eksperthinnangutes, on uuendatud eksperthinnangutes esinevate puuduste näited; 4) arvesse on võetud hindamise aruande täiendused, mis on toodud standardi EVS 875 osa 4 uustöötluses.
